Welcome To Wake Up Coffee!! (The Farming house Coffee Blog) Description Wake Up Coffee! It is a blog for the company Farming house Coffee. The purpose of this blog is to make people from everywhere aware of our company's strengths, mission statement, and our improvement plan for the love of coffee. My name is Kristy Parque. Welcome to my blog entitled Wake Up Coffee. Wake Up Coffee is a Coffee blog that highlights Farming House Coffee and our standards. We are a company that is currently expanding our advertising methods and working towards breaking barriers to do so. We want to maintain ourselves as an honest company that wants to create as many job opportunities for the community as possible. Our revised slogan is the name of the blog "Wake Up Coffee!! because we believe that coffee is just as essential as breakfast and should be the first drink to start your day. We are expanding to have our Coffee grown organically by farmers and companies that are reliable and trustworthy. Our Agenda We are working towards writing our wrongs to become a more ethical company. We realized that being ethical shows how strong the backbone of the company is in the values that we stand for.

Ethics in Business (2010) says,” Ethical problems can be solved just like any others when the problem you should solve or decision you should make presents itself, protein and organize, systemic way. The guidelines presented in the next few pages are suggested for solving ethical problems. It is important to define the problem, see if it is ethical or a business decision identified the elements of the problem that our ethical concerns, see if there are differing opinions, and see if it is a cultural, industry, or company problem (Maddux, D. & Maddux, R., 2010)”. The steps listed are the top five steps to deal with problems ethically. one way that we will deal with ethical approaches from now on is by completing SWOT analysis to analyze our companies' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. We will complete a SWOT analysis to ensure that we are putting our best foot forward and knowing the mistakes that have taken place. We must regain the trust of our stakeholders' investors, and customers that hold us to a high standard.

The company that we will partner with is Fair Trade Certified. Fair Trade USA (2023) says, “Guaranteed minimum price that access the safety net for coffee farmers and producers when the market prices are low. Rigorous fair trade certified standards ensure safe and healthy working conditions, the elimination of child labor, fair and consistent compensation, and environmental protections and product traceability (Fair Trade, 2023)”. Fair Trade Certified is known for their dependable reputation and fair-trade practices. We plan to correct our mistakes by working with farmers from Fair Trade that support our mission.
